Description:

The Madison Mallards are seeking an individual to assist in the team’s community relations for the duration of January to April. This individual will work closely with the Community Relations Coordinator to oversee appearances on behalf of the Madison Mallards, execute donation packages, and assist in facilitating the Northwoods League largest reading program. 
 
Responsibilities Include -  

• Scheduling and facilitating Maynard appearances 
• Organizing and fulfilling donation request inquiries 
• Assist in the facilitation of the Maynard’s Lil’ Duck Reading Program 
• Visit partnering schools in the area to promote the program and positive reading habits 
• Act as Maynard’s handler at appearances 
• Assist in processing each school’s family night ticket order 
• Brand ambassador for Madison Mallards in community 

 
Required Skills -  

• Excellent communication skills 
• Organized and Detail Oriented 
• Upbeat and fun personality  
• Must be outgoing and willing to public speak at community events         
• Proficient in Excel and data entry 
• Comfortable promoting the Mallards brand and working with children
